DocForge for Salesforce is provided as-is. Organizations remain responsible for complying with Salesforce's Terms, the accuracy of proposals and invoices generated from Opportunity data, applicable tax and VAT obligations, and validating that document output matches data configured inside their Salesforce org.

Contracts and e-signatures. Smart-generated contracts and electronic signature links are tools only — not legal advice. Organizations are solely responsible for contract content, signer identity, and compliance with applicable law (including eIDAS SES and ESIGN/UETA). DocForge for Salesforce does not provide qualified electronic signatures (QES).

We may suspend access when abusive behaviour, fraudulent installs, or repeated GDPR breaches are detected.
