Privacy Policy

DocForge for Salesforce processes Salesforce Opportunity, Account, and related custom-object data only to render proposals, invoices, and contracts requested by your organization. We do not sell or rent data to third parties.

Data minimization. Only fields required to render the chosen template are persisted, plus minimal audit metadata for e-sign chain-of-custody. Document blobs are stored encrypted at rest.

Sub-processors. OpenAI (LLM features, opt-in), Stripe (billing if applicable), DigitalOcean (hosting EU), Mailosaur (email delivery for signature requests). Each is GDPR-compliant.

Data deletion. Uninstall removes Organization tokens and triggers async purge of associated Documents and Signatures within 30 days. Custom retention overrides available on request.
